This whiskey brings together the bold character of Irish Single Pot Still, the rich depth of Single Malt and the soft sweetness of Single Grain, blended to create a whiskey full of balance, depth, and flavour.

Aged in a trio of casks - Bourbon, Oloroso Sherry and PX Sherry - giving this whiskey a rich, full-bodied character layered with toasted oak, caramel, dried fruits, and warming spices.

NOSE: Butterscotch and toffee open the way, with toasted oak, vanilla, and spiced biscuits in tow.

PALATE: Fruit-studded flapjack, runny caramel, a smidge of sweet cinnamon and warming nutmeg.

FINISH: A touch of aged marmalade, candied nuts, subtle pepper, and honeyed oat cakes.
